Web version of the Unsafe Factor Ranking
The "Error Factor Dock" is a web-based safety inspection that allows for the ranking of weak points that can lead to accidents or mistakes, which can be assessed and easily managed online. All examinees receive feedback on the rankings of their weak points determined by the "Dock" (which consists of 16 questions).
